CarDoc was excellent. They caught a potentially extremely dangerous problem that another shop left in my car due to negligence. They advocated on my behalf to that previous shop and they fixed the problem for me.

Amazing customer service and honest work. My son is a student at A&M and we are in Florida. We had to find an honest mechanic to take care and f my son’s 93 F150. Hillary has amazing customer service. She kept me informed of the issues, parts and cost. They were able to solve a very complicated fuel issue, did it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop, specially if your child is far away from home. Totally trustworthy shop.

CarDoc is actually really good, people say they are expensive but everything was done right, they took their time, and they kept me updated on everything for my mini cooper. They changed my oil really well and called me when it was finished, and then they found another problem that I couldn’t get fixed yet because of time, but if I had the time I would have had them fix it, they were absolutely wonderful. The woman upfront was also absolutely amazing, she made sure I knew everything that I needed to! If I’m ever back in town I’m going back for regular maintenance

Considering most shops won't touch high-end imports. Mercedes BMW Range Rover. Etc. The expertise the shop has repairing all vehicles Is off the chart? There's nobody that compares to the speed in getting the diagnostics on the vehicle, which was a mercedes.SL550 part was ordered next day and repairs were completed. That evening. Repairs at the actual dealership were 3 times the amount Absolutely. The first class I've got 3 imports and they get all my business. Now Connor is the manager super honest and helpful. You can get any better in Brazos valley. Lee

My car was leaking oil and I didn’t even know. They did a thorough check and informed me about the leakage and cost of the fix and I approved before they did the work. My car came back as good as new. Very good and professional job done.
